The charm of game's past has returned with the Westwood Golf Club. Founded in 1928, the Westwood Golf Club has the distinction of being the second oldest private golf club in Houston on its original site.

The course is currently going through a full re-design with a fresh look for their golf course grounds. In addition to the course redesign, they wanted a new space for the many activities members and staff needed.

Westwood Golf Club called upon ModSpace to provide them with a modular building that could accommodate all of their clubhouse activities.

The project began early September 2003, was delivered by November and became fully operational by December 2003 complete with upgraded interior finishes and furnishings.

Highlights of this space include:

• Golf Course Professional Shop
• Food and Beverage Dining room
• Administrative offices
• Locker room with cherry veneer lockers

Members and staff are now enjoying this new space as their primary facility.
