Down the road you may find that your modular
unit needs to be revitalized due to wear &
tear or renovated to adjust the floor plan
layout.
ModSpace offers maintenance services to help
you renovate a purchased building. Typical
renovations include layout changes - like
going from a single office layout to a double
office layout - or exterior finish updates
like skirting or ramps.

ModSpace offers delivery services if you
require your purchased unit to be relocated
to a different location.
Relocating a modular building involves coordinating
over-the-road transportation, blocking, leveling
and utility hook-ups.

The delivery site is the customer’s responsibility
and ideally should be a level dirt surface.
If it is a soft dirt or sand surface a loader
needs to be on site to set the unit. If the
set up is on a hard surface (concrete, asphalt
or shell) the customer needs to have the underground
utilities marked if needed.
The site should be accessible and staked
out where the modular unit will be delivered.

Some states require a state seal on the building to assure it is coded for the occupancy being used. Depending on the occupancy some states also require a handicapped restroom and a handicapped ramp. Make sure to check with your city or state regarding permits.
